Design
KES provides design services at all stages of product development from the specification of requirements through conceptual and detailed design. KES utilizes SolidWorks 2018 Premium for all design work.
Fabrication
KES provides fabrication management and oversight making sure design intent and tolerances are maintained. Currently KES outsources fabrication projects to local machine shops and industrial vendors.

Engineering
KES provides engineering services to predict, analyze, and ensure all designs meet the outlined performance, structural and safety requirements. KES utilizes SolidWorks 2018 Simulation Professional for all mechanical analysis work.
Test Management
KES offers all aspects of wind-tunnel test planning, test coordination, test execution, and documentation. Specific services included defining test criteria, overseeing model design and fabrication, selecting test instrumentation, directing test crews, and validating experimental data.
KES will coordinate the test plan with all engineering groups; these groups include model designers, model makers, tunnel operations, instrumentation, and data reduction.
